I'm adding weight and body fat to the list, just out of curiosity. Now, I'm totally down for tracking measurements. I'm not trying to lose weight or anything, but I do like to keep tabs on what my body is doing in response to crossfit (gaining muscle, gaining fat, losing either..) and to make sure my diet is keeping up with my body's demands. I usually check in every month or so on this stuff. But taking a benchmark measurements *right* after holiday break just seems mean, so I've been dreading this. UHG. Anyway, here are my statistics:
- Height: 6'1"
- Weight: 157.1 lbs
- Body Fat: 20.6%
- Chest: 36.5"
- Waist: 31"
- Hips: 38"
The good news is, I only gained about a pound and 0.3% body fat over the holidays. Considering I spent 10 days gorging myself on cookies, drinks and every salty snack in sight and NOT working out, that's not bad. That excess should come off easy peasy. It'll be interesting to see if anything else changes.
