YAAAAAAAAAAY!
Immediately, a list of things I'm grateful for ran through my head. It's funny what comes to mind:
- Being able bodied on this borrowed time (duh)
- Getting to *move* as much as I do (helloooo crossfit!)
- My beautiful home, my beautiful life, my silly dogs
- All the wonderful people in my life (for mad serious)
- Getting to be the colorful tattooed lady I am with wide acceptance
- A job that excites me, a position of expertise, people I like to work with and a promising future
- Tons of fun adventures, big and small
Now, if I could just get over this sinus infection already and get back into the gym...
Take a deep breath today, and be grateful. This is a gift.
Cheers,
Karla

I'm so thankful dear friend! You are inspiring...I need to take control of my eating habits, what we put in our bodies is so very important! I am very...very....very happy for your extraordinarily good news, and I hope you kick this sinus infections tail super soon! Hearts, Janna Lynn
You know what? It REALLY chaps my hide when drs say diet has nothing to do with battling illness, chronic or otherwise. They can't harp on our overall health when we aren't eating right or exercising but we're disease-free and then say that food and diet have nothing to do with good health when we do have a disease. Argh! I don't know that it's the vegan diet in general, but I am certain that being healthy has something to do with your being healthy. If you know what I mean.
